Although this XD-4 Pinlock Ready Brow Vent face shield will fit earlier XD version helmets, Arai recommends installing it only on helmets with brow vents.

Note: In RevZilla’s experience, Pinlock shields and inserts for Arai XD-4 Helmets are not as effective as Pinlock shields and inserts for other Arai helmets due to the compound curves of the shield.
